Côte d’Azur Ride Camp

REGISTRATION

Thank you for your interest in our October 2026 Côte d’Azur Ride Camp. Specific dates are coming soon, and once those are set, registration will open.

 We are limited to 11 cycling participants on this Trip, so we encourage you to register as soon as possible.  We require a $500 deposit at the time of registration.  When registration opens, you will do so on BikeReg:

If you should need to cancel, your $500 deposit is fully refundable if that cancellation is made 90 days before trip start.

The total cost of the Trip is $2,950, increasing to $3,100 if you register within 90 days before trip start. Additional amounts will be due for any options selected.  We will send you an invoice for final amounts due, net of your deposit, shortly after you register.  Final payment will be due by 90 days prior to trip start.  If you register within 90 days before trip start, payment will be due upon your receipt of the invoice.  If final payments are not received when due, we reserve the right to cancel your participation.

 Our cancellation policy:

  • If you cancel 90 days before trip start: you receive the refund of your deposit and all payments made.

  • If you cancel between 90 and 30 days before trip start: you lose your deposit but receive a refund of 50% of all other payments made.

  • If you cancel after 30 days before trip start: you lose your deposit but receive a refund of 20% of all other payments made.

When you register, you will be required to sign a Trip Waiver and Release.  We also require all participants to purchase travel insurance for this Trip.

After registering, you will start to receive regular email communications from Rivendell Cycling in connection with the Trip.
