Girona Ride Camp

REGISTRATION

Thank you for your interest in our March 14-21, 2026 Girona Ride Camp.

We are limited to 12 cycling participants on this Trip, and 6 non-cycling companions with an alternate daily activity program, so we encourage you to register as soon as possible.  We require a $500 deposit at the time of registration.  Please register and pay your deposit on BikeReg:

If you should need to cancel, your $500 deposit is fully refundable if that cancellation is made before December 31, 2025.

The total cost of the Trip is $3,150, with other amounts due for certain options, including an upgrade to a performance e-bike. The price for a cycling companion staying in the same room as a primary registrant is $2,650 and the price for a non-cycling companion staying in the same room is $2,750.

We will send you an invoice for final amounts due, net of your deposit, shortly after you register.  Final payment will be due by January 31, 2025 (approximately 45 days prior to trip start).  If you register after December 31, 2025.  If final payments are not received when due, we reserve the right to cancel your participation.

 Our cancellation policy:

  • If you cancel before December 31, 2025: you receive the refund of your deposit and all payments made.

  • If you cancel between January 1 and February 15, 2026: you lose your deposit but receive a refund of 50% of all other payments made.

  • If you cancel after February 15, 2026: you lose your deposit but receive a refund of 20% of all other payments made.

When you register, you will be required to sign a Trip Waiver and Release.  We also require all participants to purchase travel insurance for this Trip.

After registering, you will start to receive regular email communications from Rivendell Cycling in connection with the Trip.
