July 2025 Dolomites Tour

REGISTRATION

Thank you for your interest in our July 2-10, 2025 Italian Dolomites Tour.

 We are limited to 11 participants on this Trip, so we encourage you to register as soon as possible.  We require a $500 deposit at the time of registration.  Please register and pay your deposit on BikeReg:

If you should need to cancel, your $500 deposit is fully refundable if that cancellation is made before April 30, 2025.

The total cost of the Trip is $4,900, with additional amounts due for certain options.  We will send you an invoice for final amounts due, net of your deposit, shortly after you register.  Final payment will be due by April 30, 2025 (approximately 60 days prior to trip start).  If you register after April 30, 2025, payment will be due upon your receipt of the invoice.  If final payments are not received when due, we reserve the right to cancel your participation.

 Our cancellation policy:

  • If you cancel before April 30, 2025: you receive the refund of your deposit and all payments made.

  • If you cancel between April 30 and May 30, 2025: you lose your deposit but receive a refund of 50% of all other payments made.

  • If you cancel between May 30, 2025 and June 30, 2025: you lose your deposit but receive a refund of 20% of all other payments made.

  • If you cancel after June 30, 2025: you lose your deposit and receive no refund of other payments made.

When you register, you will be required to sign a Trip Waiver and Release.  We also require all participants to purchase travel insurance for this Trip.

After registering, you will start to receive regular email communications from Rivendell Cycling in connection with the Trip.
