October 2026 Provence Tour

REGISTRATION

Thank you for your interest in our October 6-13, 2026 Provence Tour.

We are limited to 10 participants on this Trip, so we encourage you to register as soon as possible.  We require a $500 deposit at the time of registration.  Please register and pay your deposit on BikeReg:

If you should need to cancel, your $500 deposit is fully refundable if that cancellation is made before July 31, 2025.

The total cost of the Trip is $3,900, increasing to $4,100 on July 1, 2026.  The price for a cycling companion staying in the same room as a primary registrant is $500 less: $3,400, increasing to $3,600 on July 1, 2026.

We will send you an invoice for final amounts due, net of your deposit, shortly after you register.  Final payment will be due by July 1, 2026 (approximately 90 days prior to trip start).  If you register after July 1, 2026, payment will be due upon your receipt of the invoice.  If final payments are not received when due, we reserve the right to cancel your participation.

 Our cancellation policy:

  • If you cancel before July 31, 2026: you receive the refund of your deposit and all payments made.

  • If you cancel between July 31 and August 31, 2026: you lose your deposit but receive a refund of 50% of all other payments made.

  • If you cancel between August 31 and September 30, 2026: you lose your deposit but receive a refund of 20% of all other payments made.

  • If you cancel after September 30, 2025: you lose your deposit and receive no refund of other payments made.

When you register, you will be required to sign a Trip Waiver and Release.  We also require all participants to purchase travel insurance for this Trip.

After registering, you will start to receive regular email communications from Rivendell Cycling in connection with the Trip.
